This

to expand, he developed a joint venture with Ewing & Clark in
1982, which became a separate residential company one year later. In
1986, Art developed Quorum Real Estate with three residential office
in Magnolia, Laurelhurst, Madison Park and also a property
management office. In February of 1992, Art purchased Metcalf and
Associates on Queen Anne Hill. During these years Art was an active
member of the Board of Realtors, North End Brokers Association,
Puget Sound Multiple Listing Association, Secretary of Seattle
Quality Listings, Treasurer of the Seattle-King County Association
of Realtors, and Director of the Washington Association of
Realtors. |
